Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver products to customers throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Audace Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
